What Is Included
Three Postpartum Womb Steam Blends
Three individually portioned herbal blends created for an optional postpartum steam ritual later in the recovery process.
Each blend is intended to offer a quiet ceremonial moment of warmth, privacy, and reconnection with the pelvic and womb space. The ritual may be approached as a time for listening, reflection, prayer, grief tending, transition, or honoring the body after birth.
Postpartum steaming is not intended for immediate use after birth. It should not be used while bleeding, during active wound or incision healing, with infection, fever, pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, or without clearance from the mother’s licensed medical or midwifery provider.

Two Botanical Body Oils
The package includes two separate body oils: one created for the mother and one created for gentle infant touch.
Botanical Body Oil for Mama

The hot water bottle should never be filled with boiling water or placed directly against bare skin. It should not be used over areas with reduced sensation, active inflammation, fresh incisions, or while sleeping.
