Walking Through The Threshold ꩜
Integration Sessions
When the old life has ended and the new one is still becoming
A psychedelic or expanded-state experience can open a doorway into grief, memory, beauty, fear, ancestry, purpose, longing or truth.
You may return with a clear revelation.
You may return with fragments.
You may know that something meaningful happened without yet having the language to explain it.
Integration is the process of giving that experience somewhere to land.
It is where insight begins to meet the body. Where vision becomes discernment. Where what you encountered is slowly translated into choices, rituals, boundaries and ways of living that can be sustained beyond the journey itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Plant medicine integration is the process of making sense of a psychedelic or expanded-state experience and bringing what you learned into your everyday life.
It may include reflecting on emotions, memories, visions, relationships, spiritual experiences, grief, identity changes, or questions that surfaced during your journey.
Integration helps create space between revelation and reaction so that you can move forward with greater grounding and discernment.

-
An inner landscape journey is a guided meditative practice that invites you to listen beneath the surface of the thinking mind.
You may revisit an image, sensation, place, or moment from your experience. You may encounter an emotion, a younger part of yourself, an ancestor, a symbol, or a plant presence.
The purpose is not to force an interpretation. It is to create space for deeper listening.
-
Plant spirit medicine is approached through relationship rather than consumption.
A particular plant may arise as a symbolic, energetic, or ritual companion for your integration process. We may explore what qualities the plant reflects, what it awakens in you, or how you may continue tending that relationship.
I will not tell you what a plant, image, or spiritual encounter means for you. You remain the authority over your experience.

Psychedelic experiences can temporarily leave people feeling emotionally open, tender, inspired, confused, or more sensitive than usual.
Integration offers a place to slow down and consider what is ready to become action and what still needs time.
Research on psychedelic care increasingly recognizes the importance of preparation, relational support, reflection, and meaning-making around these experiences. Emerging studies also suggest that some psychedelics may temporarily affect neural plasticity, or the brain’s ability to form and reorganize connections.
Plasticity is not the same as healing. An opening still needs to be tended through supportive relationships, environments, practices, and grounded choices.

No.
This is a space for integration, not spiritual certainty.
I will not tell you that every image is prophetic, that every message must be followed, or that one experience contains the final truth about your life.
Some insights may be clear. Others may be symbolic, emotional, shaped by memory, or still unfolding.
Together, we listen without rushing mystery into certainty.

No.
This is a trauma-aware, non-clinical spiritual and integration-support offering. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
This work may complement care from a licensed professional, but it does not replace it.
“Your presence on the planet is crucial in these times of great change. I am so grateful to know you.“
